Before you begin
Use a signed-in seeker to send an inquiry and follow accepted contact details. Viewing requests are not available yet.
How to get there
Choose the directions for the device you are using.
On a computer
Seekers open Messages from the header or Menu. Professionals open Dashboard, then Inquiries. Viewing pages are not available yet.
On a phone
Seekers select Messages in the floating pill. Professionals select Dashboard and choose Inquiries from Workspace section.
You are in the right place when
Messages shows linked property conversations and the inquiry state. Any Viewing screen is not available yet and does not send a request.
Follow these steps
- 1
Read the inquiry
Open Messages. Select a conversation to see the property and its inquiry status. Professionals can accept or decline using the available controls.
- 2
Understand the viewing page
Viewing controls and pages are not available yet. They show a possible journey but do not send or confirm a real viewing request.
- 3
Track the arrangement
Continue in the property conversation. After the professional accepts the inquiry, use the displayed contact choices to agree any viewing directly and finish the arrangement offline.
What happens next?
Open the conversation and continue in Messages. After acceptance, use the displayed contact choices to arrange any viewing offline.
Picture this
A diaspora seeker asks about an Abuja flat, receives an accepted inquiry and uses the displayed contact choice to arrange a video tour offline.
If you get stuck
If no contact choices appear, check that the inquiry was accepted. Viewing preview states are not confirmations; use Messages and the agreed offline contact method.
