See the place first
Visit in person, or send somebody you trust. Photos can be old or from another property.
Check the papers
Ask for the survey plan, the title and any government consent. Show them to a lawyer.
Do not rush payment
No honest agent needs money today. Pay only after you have seen the place and the papers.
Know who you are dealing with
Read the profile. Look at what has been reviewed. Ask questions in our messages, not offline.
What our labels mean
Reviews lower risk. They do not guarantee a person, a business, a property or a transaction. Always view a property yourself and check documents with your own lawyer.
