Make your profile useful
A clear name and introduction help people understand who they are speaking with.

Before you begin
Sign in first. Your profile belongs to your personal account even when you also work in a business workspace.
How to get there
Choose the directions for the device you are using.
On a computer
Select your round profile picture at the top right to open Your profile. To change your city, select Menu, then Settings, then Your details.
On a phone
Select Menu at the top right to open the drawer, then choose Your profile. To change your city, choose Settings, then Your details.
You are in the right place when
The page heading says ‘Your profile’. You will see your photo, account type and the fields Your name, Phone number and A short description.
Follow these steps

Open Your profile
Select the round profile picture at the top right, or select Menu and then Your profile.

Add details people need
Use your everyday or professional name. Describe the type of homes or help you offer. You can change your city in Settings. Keep contact details out of public introductions if you want enquiries to stay in the app.

Save and check
Select Save changes and wait for the confirmation. Open Your profile again and read the saved name, phone number and introduction. Use Menu → Settings → Your details when you need to change your city.
What happens next?
Select Save changes and wait for the confirmation. Reopen Your profile to check the saved local details.

If you get stuck
If the page marks a field, correct that field and select Save changes again. If you opened Settings by mistake, choose Your details for personal information or return to Your profile for the public introduction.
