Use your personal home
Your personal home is a starting page for search, saved property, messages and alerts. Viewings and Offers are not available yet.

Before you begin
Sign in as a seeker or property professional. Staff accounts open the separate review desk instead of the marketplace home.
How to get there
Choose the directions for the device you are using.
On a computer
Open Menu at the top right and choose Your home. Selecting the AllSpace logo takes you to the public landing page, not this personal page.
On a phone
Select Home in the floating navigation pill. If you are on the public landing page, open Menu and choose Your home.
You are in the right place when
The heading welcomes you by name. Quick actions sit above Your conversations.
Follow these steps

Start with the useful actions
Choose Search to find property, Saved to reopen your shortlist, Messages for property conversations, or Alerts for updates. Viewings and Offers are not available yet.

Continue a conversation
Your conversations shows the latest property messages and their inquiry status. Select one to open the complete thread, or choose All messages.

Open a property
The home page can show property cards. Open any card to check its full price period, availability information and professional before sending an inquiry.
What happens next?
Use a quick action or open a recent item. When you return, Your home helps you continue from the same account activity.

Tomi signs in, opens a reply, checks a shortlet date request, then returns to Search without opening several menus.
If you get stuck
If Messages is empty, choose Search, open a property, select Ask about this property and then Send inquiry. Empty Viewings and Offers pages do not mean a working request was lost.
