Before you begin
Sign in and open the full page for a property you want to ask about.
How to get there
Choose the directions for the device you are using.
On a computer
Select Find property, open a property card, then choose Ask about this property. Write your question in the panel and choose Send inquiry.
On a phone
Select Search, open a property, then choose Ask about this property. Write your question, choose Send inquiry, and use Messages to follow the reply.
You are in the right place when
An inquiry panel names the property and asks what help you need. The message remains linked to that property.
Follow these steps
- 1
Open the property
Read the description and price, then choose Ask about this property. The panel keeps your question connected to the correct property.
- 2
Write a specific question
Choose the question category that best fits, then write at least 10 characters about availability, included charges or a suitable time to talk. Choose Send inquiry, then open Messages.
- 3
Continue in Messages
The professional can accept or decline the inquiry. After acceptance, use the displayed contact choices and finish any viewing, negotiation and sale offline. AllSpace does not complete a purchase.
What happens next?
After Send inquiry, open Messages. If the professional accepts, use the displayed contact choices to arrange any viewing, negotiation or sale offline. Viewing is not available yet.
Picture this
‘Is the two-bedroom flat still available? Does the yearly price include service charges? I can view on Saturday.’
If you get stuck
If sending fails, leave the panel open and choose Send inquiry again. The success message and the conversation appear under Messages once the inquiry is sent.
