Start with what you need. A few useful filters are usually easier than a very long search sentence.

Before you begin
Decide whether you need a short stay, a rental or a home to buy. You do not need to sign in to search.
How to get there
Choose the directions for the device you are using.
On a computer
Select Find property in the top navigation. Use the search box and the filters shown above the results.
On a phone
Select Search in the floating navigation pill. Choose a purpose, then open Filters for price, bedrooms, state and amenities.
You are in the right place when
The page heading says ‘Find your next space’. Property cards appear below the search and filter controls.
Follow these steps

Choose a purpose
Open Find property and select Short stays, Rent or Buy. Search for an area, city or feature.

Narrow the results
Choose a state, price range and bedrooms. Add amenities when they matter. Has a video tour shows listings with a professional-uploaded video. Recently confirmed available keeps listings confirmed within the last 90 days; ask again before travelling or paying. On a phone, open Filters to see these controls.

Compare the results
Use the sort selector and Grid, List or Map. Open a property to read the full price period, location, photos, amenities and professional profile. Map pins are approximate, so confirm the address before travelling.
What happens next?
Select a property card to open its full page. Browser Back returns to the same discovery view and filters.

For a yearly flat in Lagos, select Rent, Lagos, two bedrooms and your maximum yearly budget. Compare prices using the same payment period.
If you get stuck
If there are no results, remove one filter at a time. A recently confirmed listing can still change, so open it and ask the professional to confirm before making plans. Clear filters starts a wider search without requiring a new account.
