Before you begin
Sign in with an agent or Founding Agent account and open that agent's personal workspace.
How to get there
Choose the directions for the device you are using.
On a computer
Select Dashboard in the header. In the Dashboard navigation, open Verification and select the available start or continue action.
On a phone
Select Dashboard in the floating pill. Use Workspace section to choose Verification, then begin the guided steps.
You are in the right place when
The heading says ‘Account review’. A status panel shows the state of your review.
Follow these steps

Open Verification
Go to Dashboard, then Verification. Start the individual-agent journey and read the short explanation.

Answer the questions
Answer the questions shown on each step. No picture or file is asked for.

Submit and follow the result
Review the summary and submit. Return to Verification to read Submitted, Approved, More information required or Declined. If information is requested, read the reason and repeat only that step.

Answer the questions on the page and send them. Return to this page to see the result or what we asked for.

If you get stuck
If the result is More information required, read the reason and answer again with the missing information. If the result is Declined, read the reason, correct what it names and ask for verification again.
