Analytics gathers the activity around your profile and property. Treat each value as a guide until real measurement is connected.

Before you begin
Use an agent or business workspace. Use only the figures AllSpace shows you.
How to get there
Choose the directions for the device you are using.
On a computer
Open Dashboard and select Overview from the left-side Dashboard navigation.
On a phone
Select Dashboard in the floating pill, then choose Overview from Workspace section.
You are in the right place when
The Overview shows your workspace counts for listings, inquiries and expiry work.
Follow these steps

Compare views and saves
Listing views and Profile views count visits to your listings and profile. Saves show that someone kept a property, and Inquiries show that someone started a property conversation.

Keep unavailable activity separate
Viewing and Offer activity are not available yet and are not working measures. Use only the four cards shown on Your analytics when you talk about your analytics.

Read the numbers in context
One large number does not explain listing quality by itself. Compare the price, location, freshness and response activity before drawing a conclusion.

Compare the signals to see which listings attract attention. Treat the values as a guide until real measurement is connected.

A listing has many views but few saves. The agent reviews its price, first photo and description instead of assuming the property is unwanted.
