List a property

Refresh, pause or retire a listing

Fresh availability makes search more useful. AllSpace marks published listings that have not been updated for more than 83 days.

4 minute read · AllSpace guide

Before you begin

Open an agent or business workspace with at least one published, paused or expired property.

How to get there

Choose the directions for the device you are using.

On a computer

Open Dashboard → My listings and choose all, Paused, expiring or expired under Listing status for the property you need. Review listings under Expiring soon is a shortcut for expiring property only.

On a phone

Select Dashboard, open My listings from Workspace section, choose the relevant Listing status and open More actions on the property.

You are in the right place when

My listings shows the selected status and each property's available actions. Expiring results also explain the 83-day freshness reminder.

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Open the expiring list

Choose Review listings under Expiring soon on Dashboard Overview, or open My listings and choose expiring under Listing status.

  2. 2

Confirm a home is still available

Open More actions beside the listing and choose Confirm still available. This updates its freshness date and removes the expiring-soon mark.

  3. 3

    Pause or mark it unavailable

Choose Pause listing when you need to stop showing it temporarily. Choose Mark unavailable when the property is gone. These actions are red because they reduce availability.

  4. 4

    Bring a listing back carefully

For Paused, check the facts and choose Send for review. For unavailable or expired, first choose Confirm still available and then Send for review. It stays out of discovery until approved.

What happens next?

Use Confirm still available for a live listing. Paused uses Send for review; unavailable or expired uses Confirm still available and then Send for review.

Picture this

A tenant has taken a flat. The agent uses Mark unavailable instead of leaving old information in public search results.

If you get stuck

If a listing is flagged or marked Possible duplicate, open it and read the reason before editing. An owner can choose Appeal listing decision, write 15–2,000 characters and choose Submit local appeal; the listing keeps its current state until a legal decision restores or upholds it. This appeal is saved in your account only and is not sent to a review team yet.
