List a property

Understand your listing workspace

The dashboard shows how many listing spaces you use and separates property by status, so you know what needs attention.

5 minute read · AllSpace guide

Before you begin

Use an agent or business workspace. Business team members see only property assigned to them, while the capacity meter covers the business.

How to get there

Choose the directions for the device you are using.

On a computer

Open Dashboard, then use the Overview for totals or My listings for the full list and status filter.

On a phone

Select Dashboard in the floating pill. Use Workspace section to move between Overview and My listings.

You are in the right place when

Overview shows two-column metric cards, Listing capacity and Your listing status. My listings shows a status selector and actions for each property.

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Read the main numbers

Overview shows operational listing capacity, inquiries and expiry work. Analytics separately shows views, saves, inquiries and profile views. Viewing and Offer activity are not available yet.

  2. 2

    Understand capacity

A regular agent has 50 spaces and a Founding Agent has 75. A person who owns a business workspace shares one count with it: 100 spaces, or 150 with Founding status. Draft and paused listings use a space. Expired and rejected listings do not.

  3. 3

    Open a status list

Open My listings and use Listing status. The choices include draft, pending review, approved, flagged, duplicate, Paused, expiring, expired and rejected. A row may use a friendlier badge such as Live or Review in progress.

  4. 4

    Use the correct workspace

A business member sees assigned listings. A business administrator can manage the wider business workspace. The business capacity meter covers the whole business.

What happens next?

Select any status card to open the matching list. Drafts and paused listings use capacity; expired and rejected listings do not.

Picture this

Ada has six spaces in use. She opens Draft to finish one home, then Published to confirm another is still available.

If you get stuck

If a property seems missing, choose all under Listing status and check Current workspace. Business members see assigned listings; administrators can check Team to change an assignment.
