List a property
Add a home in three steps
An approved agent or business account can add property. Have the price, address and at least five photos ready. The form has Property details, Photos and contact, and Review.

Before you begin
Use an approved agent or business account. Keep the address, price and at least five suitable photos ready. Decide whether you are listing One home or Several apartments or floors.
How to get there
Choose the directions for the device you are using.
On a computer
Open Dashboard from the header, then select Add a listing. The first stage is Property details.
On a phone
Select Dashboard in the floating navigation pill, then Add a listing. If it is not visible, choose My listings from Workspace section first.

Follow these steps

Choose what you are listing
In Property details, choose Shortlet, Rent or Sale, then House or Flat / apartment. For a flat, choose One home or Several apartments or floors before entering the property facts.

Use Several apartments or floors carefully
Use it only for at least two homes at one address. Give each home a separate name, price and availability. The address, photos and building rules are shared.

Enter the required facts
Add a clear title, price, payment period and room counts. Add the city, area, street and approximate map pin. Check each number before choosing Next.

Describe the home
Explain water, power, parking and what the price includes. Open Amenities and extra details for optional features. Press Next when the required fields are complete.

Keep your draft
Choose Save & exit if you need to stop. For an unfinished new draft, choose Add a listing again. For a property already shown in My listings, open My listings and choose Edit.
What happens next?
Select Next to reach Photos and contact, or Save & exit to return to My listings while keeping ordinary draft details.
Picture this
‘Two-bedroom flat in Wuse 2’ is a useful title. For rent, check whether ₦4,000,000 means every year or every month before continuing.
If you get stuck
If Next does not continue, read the message beside the marked field, correct it and choose Next again. If Add a listing is unavailable, check that the professional account review is approved and that you have a free listing space.
