Read and control your alerts
Alerts collect replies and changes that may need your attention. Each alert keeps a link to the related part of AllSpace.

Before you begin
Sign in. Alerts can point to conversations, viewings, review updates, saved searches or settings.
How to get there
Choose the directions for the device you are using.
On a computer
Open Menu and choose Alerts. To change future choices, follow Manage notification preferences at the bottom of the Alerts page.
On a phone
Seekers can select Alerts in the floating navigation pill. Other roles can open Menu, choose Alerts, then use the settings link below the list.
You are in the right place when
The heading says ‘Alerts’. All alerts, Unread and Mark all as read appear above the list.
Follow these steps
- 1
Find what is new
Choose Unread to hide alerts you already opened. Choose All alerts to see the complete local history.
- 2
Open the related activity
Choose Open on an alert. It can take you to a conversation, review result, saved search, setting or Your reports. Viewing and offer destinations are not available yet.
- 3
Change its read state
Use Mark read or Mark unread on one item. Mark all as read clears the unread state from every current alert.
- 4
Choose future preferences
Open Manage notification preferences below the list. Turn in-app and email examples on or off. Important business invitations and review updates remain enabled.
What happens next?
Select Open to visit the related item. Mark an alert read or unread, or Delete it after confirmation. Deleting the alert does not delete the related activity.
Picture this
Tomi opens a viewing-confirmed alert, checks the time, returns to Alerts and marks an older alert as read.
If you get stuck
Changing an alert's read state does not change the conversation, report or property it describes. If Open cannot reach an assigned business item, switch to the correct Current workspace.
