Help and AI
Get help from Ask AllSpace
Ask AllSpace is local, scripted help for the page you are viewing. It can explain controls and suggest a next step, but it does not contact a paid AI service or change your records.
3 minute read · AllSpace guide
Before you begin
Open the AllSpace page where you need help. Ask AllSpace provides local scripted guidance for that current page.
How to get there
Choose the directions for the device you are using.
On a computer
Choose the floating Ask AllSpace button, then select a suggested question or type your own question.
On a phone
Choose the floating Ask AllSpace button without covering the page action you are using, then type one clear question.
You are in the right place when
The Ask AllSpace panel shows suggested questions and a message box. It uses the open page as context and has no buyer-or-agent selector.
Follow these steps
- 1
Open Ask AllSpace
Choose the floating Ask AllSpace button on the current page. The panel uses that page as its context; there is no buyer-or-agent selector to choose first.
- 2
Ask one clear question
Use one of the suggested questions or type what you need in plain words. Ask about the controls or next action on the page you have open.
- 3
Use the answer
Read the scripted answer and use any displayed page link. The assistant is read-only: it does not submit forms, send inquiries, publish property or make staff decisions.
What happens next?
Choose a suggestion or type a question, then Send. Read the answer and use any displayed link yourself; the assistant does not change records.
Picture this
Ask for questions to take to a viewing of a two-bedroom rental in Lagos, then use those questions in your conversation with the agent.
If you get stuck
If the panel shows busy or offline, keep your text and choose Try again when the Success scenario is restored. You can always close it and use the visible page controls yourself.
