How to get there

Choose the directions for the device you are using.

Open Menu, choose Settings, then select Privacy or Sign in and safety from the Settings navigation.

On a phone

Open Menu and choose Settings. Use the Settings section selector to choose Privacy or Sign in and safety.

You are in the right place when

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Review privacy choices

Choose whether people can see your profile and activity or receive your phone number after an accepted message.

  2. 2

    Open Your information

Send me a copy downloads your ordinary account data as a file. Private verification evidence and sign-in data are excluded.

  3. 3

    Review sign-in safety

Sign in and safety shows the current primary method. Password is the default and Google remains available. Email code can replace the password for your account.

  4. 4

    Use requests carefully

What happens next?

If you get stuck

A pending information or account request can be cancelled in the same section. If a switch does not remain, change it again.
